We understand that your needs might change, and you may want to cancel or keep your Proactor subscription. This guide will help you navigate the process smoothly.
What Happens When You Cancel Your Plan
When you cancel your subscription, here’s what to expect:
- Downgrade to Free: Your account will transition to the Free tier at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will lose access to premium features like AI Advice and extended usage limits.
- Access Continues: You’ll retain access to all the features of your current plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Keep Your Data: Your existing data, including transcription history and other stored content, will remain intact in your Proactor account. You will be able to access it.
- No Data Loss: Canceling your plan doesn’t delete your data. It simply reduces your access to features based on the Free plan limits.
