You can use Potor, your built-in AI assistant in Proactor.ai, to get instant, context-aware answers about your entire conversation history. Think of Potor as your personal meeting expert, ready to help you find any information you need, instantly.
How to Start a Chat with Potor
You can easily start a conversation with Potor from multiple places within the Proactor.ai app.
From a Conversation : While reviewing a past or live conversation, you can ask Potor a question directly in the chat panel. You can also click “Refine” on any AI-generated content (like an AI Advice card) to start a new chat with that specific context.
From the Home Page : Click the Start Chat button at the bottom of the welcome page to instantly open a new conversation.
From the Sidebar : Click the Chat icon in the left sidebar to open the chat window and start a new conversation.
From Your History : Navigate to the History section in the sidebar and select the Chat tab. Here, you can review past chats or start a new one by typing in the input field at the bottom.

Note: The web search feature works with keywords and general topics. It cannot access specific URLs.
Managing Your Chat History
In Proactor.ai, your chat history is organized into two distinct types to help you find exactly what you’re looking for: your direct conversations with Potor and the chats that occur within specific meetings.
Potor Chat History
This is where you can find all direct conversations you’ve initiated with Potor.
- Navigate to History in the left sidebar.
- Select the Chat tab.
Here, you will find a complete list of your past conversations with Potor. You can click on any chat to review it or ask follow-up questions.
In-Meeting Chat History
This refers to the chat log from a specific live meeting session. This history is saved as part of that meeting’s record.
Important: The chat history from within a live meeting can only be accessed by opening that specific meeting’s page. It will not appear in the main Chat history tab described above.
Tip: You can ask Potor to summarize past discussions or find key takeaways from previous chats, making it easier to track ongoing projects and meetings.
