Creating and logging into you Proactor account

To get started with Proactor.ai, you’ll need to create an account and log in. Follow these simple steps to set up your account.

Accessing the Proactor.ai Application

Your journey begins on the main Proactor.ai website.

1. Navigate to the Proactor.ai website and click the Log In button.
2. You will be directed to the Proactor.ai application interface, which will prompt you to log in.
3. From this screen, you can either log in to an existing account or, if you are a new user, select your preferred method to begin the registration process.

How to Create Your Account

You can create your Proactor.ai account using your Google account, Apple account, or a personal email address.

Using a Google or Apple Account (The Fastest Way!)

1. On the log in / sign up page, click the Google or Apple button.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your account and authorize Proactor.ai.
3. That’s it! Your account will be created, and you will be logged in automatically.

Using Your Email Address

1. On the log in / sign up page, enter your email address and set a secure password.
2. Check your inbox for an email with a verification link or code. Click the link or enter the code to verify your email address.
3. Once verified, you will be prompted to set your name.
4. After setting your name, refresh the page. You will now be logged in to your new Proactor.ai account.

Important: If you enter an email address that has not been registered, you will automatically be guided through this sign-up process.

How to Log In to Your Account

Once your account is created, here is how you can log in to access your dashboard.

Logging In with Google or Apple

1. On the log in / sign up page, click the Google or Apple button you used to create your account.
2. Follow the prompts to authorize the login. You will be logged in automatically.

Logging In with Your Email Address

1. On the log in / sign up page, enter your registered and valid email address.
2. On the next screen, enter your password.
3. Click the Log In button.
   • Free users will be logged in to the application automatically.
   • Paid users will be asked to enter a verification code sent to their email for a second confirmation step.

Tip: Forgot your password? Click the Forgot Password link on the password entry screen and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
