My payment failed or didn’t complete…

To Troubleshoot:

  1. Log in to your account at Proactor.ai.
  2. Go to your Settings Page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Check your Billing History for an invoice to confirm whether the payment was processed. If there’s no invoice, the payment was not successful.
  5. If the payment failed, try the following:
    • Check if your payment method has sufficient funds.
    • Ensure your payment card details are entered correctly.
    • Verify if your card has expired or has any restrictions.
  6. If you’re still experiencing issues, try a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
