Why did my plan automatically renew?

If your Proactor plan automatically renewed and you were not expecting it, here’s what might have happened and how to manage it:

Reasons for Automatic Renewal:

1. Subscription Renewal Policy: When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to an automatic renewal policy. This means your plan will renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. Payment Method: If your payment method is still valid and active, the renewal will process automatically without requiring additional action from you.
3. No Cancellation Before Renewal: If you did not cancel your plan before the renewal date, the subscription will renew for another billing cycle.

How to Check the Next Auto-Renewal Date:

1. Log in to your account at Proactor.ai.
2. Go to your Settings Page.
3. Click on Billing and find your Subscription details.
4. You will see the Current Plan and Next Billing Date listed under the section. This is the date when your plan will automatically renew.
