My paid subscription is not showing

If your paid subscription is not showing in your account, here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

To Troubleshoot:

  1. Log in to your account at Proactor.ai.
  2. Go to your Settings Page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Check the status of your subscription.

Subscription Purchased via Web Browser:

If you purchased your subscription through a web browser, confirm that your payment was processed successfully. You can check your Billing History for all payments and download your invoice details.

To find the email address associated with your Proactor account, open the receipt. The email will be listed under the Bill to section.

If your subscription still isn’t showing, make sure you’re logged into the correct account. Sometimes subscriptions may not reflect due to logging into a different account.

If you’re unable to find the receipt or invoice, or if you’re experiencing issues logging into your email, or no longer have access to that email, please contact us through the Contact Support in Settings > Account Settings > Contact Support or reach us via email at [email protected].

When contacting us, please include the following information to help us locate your account:

  • Email or third-party account associated with your Proactor account
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card on file
  • Card expiration date
  • Amount of the last transaction
  • Date of the last transaction

Data Pack Purchased via Web Browser:

If you only purchased a Data Pack through the web browser, your subscription will show as Free in the Subscription section. This is normal because Data Pack is a separate, usage-based purchase that is independent of your subscription plan. It does not affect your subscription tier.
