What you need to know about unsubscribing
- Most Proactor subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
- Deleting the Proactor app or your Proactor account will not stop or cancel your subscription.
- When you cancel, you can still use your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.
- Remaining days of your subscription are non-refundable.
Where to unsubscribe?
You need to cancel your subscription through the same platform where it was originally purchased:
- App Store (iOS): Cancel through your Apple account subscription settings.
- Google Play (Android): Cancel through your Google Play account.
Cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions
If you purchased your Proactor Pro or Business plan on your mobile device, you must cancel it directly through App Store or Google Play.
Cancel subscriptions created via App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Proactor in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel subscriptions created via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find Proactor in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
