Access to AI Advice depends on your subscription status and the timing of your plan changes. Here’s how it works:
How Your Current Plan Affects AI Advice:
- Full Access to AI Advice is tied directly to your subscription level (Basic, Pro or Business), regardless of how many Data Packs you purchase.
- If you are now on the Basic Plan, Proactor will still generate AI Advice, but you will only be able to preview partial results.
- If you are now on the Pro or Business plan, you will have full access to all the AI Advice, including the ones that generated before you start the subscription.
If You Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:
- Subscribed Plans (Pro or Business): As long as you are on a subscribed plan (whether Pro or Business, monthly or yearly), you will have full access to all AI Advice generated during the period when you were subscribed to that plan.
- Plan Changes: The only difference will be that your usage limits (Transcription Time and AI Credits) will change based on the new plan.
If You Cancel Your Subscription:
- Before Subscription Ends: If you cancel your paid plan, you will still have access to full AI Advice generated up until your cancellation date. This includes both past AI Advice generated during the subscription and any advice generated until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After Canceling: Once your account transitions to the Basic Plan, AI Advice generated after the cancellation will be limited. You will no longer be able to view the full AI Advice, but only see partial previews of new AI Advice.
- However, all your AI Advice generated during and before last subscription period will remain fully accessible in your Proactor account. This ensures you to review past AI Advice at any time, even after your cancellation date.
If You’ve Never Subscribed (Basic Plan):
- If you’ve always been on the Basic Plan, you will not have access to full AI Advice. You will only see partial previews of the AI Advice generated during your time on the Basic Plan.
Note: Your access to AI Advice is always based on your last subscription date. If you cancel your plan, new AI Advice generated under the Basic Plan will only show partial content. If you want to access new AI Advice, please upgrade to Pro or Business unlock.
