You can easily upgrade or downgrade your Proactor subscription plan. Follow these steps to make adjustments to your plan:
To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription:
- Log in to your Proactor account.
- Go to your Settings Page.
- Click on the Upgrade button in the top right corner of the Settings page. Alternatively, you can access the Subscription page through the Upgrade button in the sidebar.
- Choose the new Pro or Business plan you want to switch to.
- Confirm your selection and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Once the payment is successful, you can view your current subscription and your upcoming subscription plan (in case of a downgrade) under Settings > Billing.
How Changes Work:
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan (e.g., from Pro Monthly to Business Monthly), the change takes effect immediately, and the payment will be processed based on the new plan. You will receive a discount based on the remaining time and AI Credits in your previous plan, which will be deducted from the new plan’s cost.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and you will be charged according to the new plan at that time. The downgrade does not affect the current billing cycle.
Add-On Data Packs:
Add-on Data Packs are separate purchases and are not tied to your subscription level. These can be purchased independently to suit your usage needs. For more details, refer to What is add-on data packs and how to purchase?
