What is an Add-On Data Pack?
An Add-On Data Pack allows you to purchase extra transcription minutes or AI Credits (won’t expired). These packs are ideal if you:
- Have reached the usage limits of your current plan and need more time or credits.
- Want to scale up your usage without changing your subscription plan.
How to Purchase Add-On Data Packs:
- Log in to your account at Proactor.ai.
- Go to your Settings Page.
- Click on the Upgrade button in the top right corner of the Settings page. Alternatively, you can access the Subscription page through the Upgrade button in the sidebar.
- In the Add-on Data Packs section, you will see the available Data Packs for purchase.
- Select the Data Pack that suits your needs and click Buy Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
What You Get with Add-On Data Packs:
- Extra Transcription Minutes: If your plan’s transcription minutes are used up, purchase an Add-On Data Pack to continue using the transcription feature.
- Additional AI Credits: If you need more AI credits for features like AI Advice, summary, and other AI features, these packs will allow you to unlock additional usage.
Note: Add-On Data Packs are independent of your subscription plan and can be purchased at any time. They do not change your subscription level, and they are billed separately.
How to Access Full AI Advice:
- Full AI Advice is available exclusively to users on the Pro or Business subscription plans. You must upgrade to one of these plans to unlock this feature and make full use of the AI-powered insights.
Note: If you only purchased a Data Pack without any subscription, it won’t unlock any premium features (including full AI Advice). For more details, refer to Will I still have access to AI Advice if I cancel, downgrade, or change plans?
