Learn about Proactor’s monthly or yearly plans

2 min read

Proactor offers flexible subscription options to suit your needs, whether you prefer a monthly or yearly plan. Here’s an overview of how each plan works:

Monthly Plan (Pro or Business)

  • Billed monthly according to the monthly billing cycle.
  • Usage Allocation: Every month, you receive a set amount of usage (Transcription Time and AI Credit based on your Pro or Business plan). These are renewed each month.
  • Ideal for short-term use or users who prefer not to commit to a long-term plan.

Yearly Plan (Pro or Business)

  • Billed annually at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan.
  • Usage Allocation: Each year, you receive a full year’s worth of usage (Transcription Time and AI Credit based on your Pro or Business plan) all at once. These are renewed annually.
  • Freedom of Allocation: With the yearly plan, you don’t have to worry about the monthly renewal. You have an entire year to allocate your usage as you see fit, whether that’s monthly, quarterly, or as needed. Your usage will not be reset or expire over the course of 12 months from your billed date.
  • Ideal for long-term use or users who prefer a lower overall cost with a full year’s commitment.

What To Do If I Run Out of My Usage?

If you run out of your allocated Transcription Time or AI Credit before the end of your current billing cycle, you have two options to add on your usage:

  1. Upgrade to a higher-tier plan to get more resources. The change takes effect immediately. Learn more about How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Change my Proactor Subscription?
  2. Purchase Add-On Data Packs, which are permanently available and do not expire. You can use the additional resources before the next cycle starts, and any unused minutes or credits will not reset or expire with your subscription renewal.

Note: Data Packs are independent of your subscription plan and can be purchased at any time, providing additional resources without affecting your plan’s billing cycle.
